Privacy policy
How Road Signage Africa t/a Road Marking Masters collects and protects your personal information (POPIA).
Who we are
Road Signage Africa t/a Road Marking Masters, Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, Cnr Rivonia Blvd & 9th Ave, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128. Contact: sales@roadmarkingsmasters.co.za, 063 253 5542.
What we collect
Your name, company, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, the details and files you send with quote requests, chat conversations, and order and payment records. We also use essential cookies to run the website, shopping cart and chat.
Why we use it
To prepare quotations and invoices, process and deliver orders, schedule site work, answer your questions and, where you agreed, send occasional updates. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the business — payment processors, couriers, our hosting and email providers and, for the website assistant, Anthropic, which processes chat messages to generate replies. They may only use it to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Quotes and enquiries for up to 3 years; invoices and order records for as long as South African tax law requires.

Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to marketing, at any time by emailing sales@roadmarkingsmasters.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
